We use standard UK/India sizing. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we recommend referring to our Size Guide or tracing your foot to match the centimeter measurements for the most accurate fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our artisanal footwear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Can I request a custom MTO (Made-to-Order) pair?
Absolutely. We specialize in Made-to-Order services where you can select specific leathers, patinas, and sole constructions. Please contact our concierge team to begin your custom design process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom MTO (Made-to-Order) pairs are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To ensure longevity, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality cream polish regularly, and avoiding wearing the same pair on consecutive days to allow the leather to breathe.
