At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all dust bags, shoe horns, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master shoemakers verify the pristine condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
